Fu Lu Shou Si Mian Fo Pte Ltd first opened its doors to the public at Rochor Road, near Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple and within two to three years, Fu Lu Shou Si Mian Fo has developed into a company with a sustainable and stable business. Soon, our business expanded further and we established a second branch at Bencoolen Street. Fu Lu Shou Si Mian Fo welcomes every worshipper with open arms to visit our shops, not only to purchase our religious supplies but also to worship the great Four-faced Buddha, who is regarded in Thai culture as a deity of good fortune and protection. We have the magnificent Four-faced Buddha placed under a shrine next to both of our shops at Rochor Road and Bencoolen Street. There are monks performing daily prayers in the shrine. Fu Lu Shou Si Mian Fo is one of the very few worship places that house the Four-faced Buddha, which makes us a popular attraction for worshippers as well as tourists to visit and pray.
Besides Thai amulets, our products include crystal amulets, bracelets and necklaces, God statues, altars and other types of amulets and accessories. Dedicated to giving each and every customer a pleasant shopping experience, we are also able to place orders for God statues of bigger sizes, according to our valued customers’ requirements. We welcome everyone to visit our stores, especially those who would like to know more about our Thai amulets, for we have in-store professionals who are able to explain the functions of each amulet in great detail. Apart from these, we are the only reseller in Singapore providing the well-known Butterfly Amulets from Kruba Kritsana.
In addition to our wide range of religious products and exceptional services, Fu Lu Shou Si Mian Fo will also specially invite Thai Holy Monks and Masters to perform blessing ritual for worshippers.
At Fu Lu Shou Si Mian Fo, we believe in giving back to our community, hence our company is an active supporter of charity events as well as Community Chest programmes for eight years now. We are proud to have helped raise more than S$5 million in funding that was made available to relevant programmes and organisations, including more than S$2.5 million raised through Community Chest.
Our founder advises all believers to view Thai amulets, an essential part of Buddhist practice, as an act of faith, instead of attributing them to superstition. He believes that by doing so, we are able to learn to devote ourselves to doing good deeds, so as to show compassion and help the needy. Our founder also encourages the faithful to pray more to the Four-faced Buddha as he believes that a good religion always seeks to edify, to provide motivation as well as to empower one’s mind to become calm and settled.
